The New Manchester Christian Church is in search of full time Minister.

in a rural area outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Our core beliefs are based on the

ASSOCIATE PASTOR NEEDED:
Title. Associate Pastor- Young Adults/Families. Ordained, Full-time,
40 Work Hours
Supervisor: Senior Pastor
Compensation: $60,000-$75,000; dependent on experience
Associate Pastor- Young
Adults/Young Families. The Associate Pastor will
provide leadership and develop and expand the ministry of CPC to the young
adult generation, singles, couples, and young families. Must have strong
preaching and teaching gifts with a proven ability to provide and implement
vision, resulting in effective ministry
Preach and Teach Work with
Worship Leader and Worship Administrator
to coordinate, plan, and lead worship services for the younger generations.
Develop ministry to young couples and families in coordination with the
Family Life Ministry Staff. Develop and provide ministry to the young adult
singles. Work with Senior Pastor to develop and provide support to Men’s
Life Ministry at CPC. Advocate for the mission/ministry of CPC. Provide
general pastoral care to those in the associated sphere of ministry
Administrative Responsibilities: Complete monthly expense report
Submit monthly stewardship report
of activities, goals, and plans to the session.
Other Duties. Child Protection Policy- Adhere to the church’s Child Protection
Policy and it’s reporting procedures. Cooperate with periodic background
checks and training in order to proactively protect children. No prior history
of sexual misconduct. Church Budget- Manage budget and expenses related
to area of leadership and ministry Church Policies and Procedures- Each
employee is responsible for adhering to all church policies and procedures.

PART TIME DIRECTOR OF PRESCHOOL

Directors of each campus to develop a comprehensive preschool ministry for birth
through five year olds. Always seek conformity among campuses first, and then
develop a customized plan when necessary. • Coordinate with Campus Pastor
to implement the preschool ministry on your campus. • Recruit and develop volunteer
and paid staff for all area of preschool ministry under your care. • Establish a
communication process to keep parents informed.
REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred (can be in process
of attaining)• Two to four years of related experience and/or training or equivalent
experience. • Fulfill the duties of becoming church member, support the mission,
vision, and values of the church, and support the church financially. • Proven track
record in ministry to and with preschoolers. • Must be a fully developing follower

and evaluating the music ministry of Macland Baptist Church. This could be a full-time or
part-time position depending on the candidate.

REQUIREMENTS: 1. The Music Director

seminary, or have at least five years of experience directing the music of a local church.
3. He should possess the administrative and organizational skills necessary to direct a
varied music ministry in a large church. 4. He should have a love for ministering to and
caring for people. 5. He should share a common vision with the Pastor in regard to church
growth, and the overall direction of the church.

Looking for a Senior Pastor to
provide specific oversight to the ministerial staff,
administrative staff, deacons, leadership council, as well as provide general oversight
for the church membership in accomplishing the work of the
of Jesus Christ. Serve as the head of the staff and chief operations officer of the church
in its daily operations. Lead the church in ministering to the spiritual needs of its
members and its neighbors, as well as in accomplishing its mission in the community,
region, and world.
Applicants should be a licensed and
ordained Southern Baptist Pastor with a seminary
degree from a Southern Baptist seminary or other equivalent school. Minimum of 5 years
progressive experience as an Associate Pastor or 3 years as a Senior Pastor. Demonstrated
experience in successful church administration. Previous experience in counseling preferred.
